A note about the pricing structure:
You may note there is a slight difference in pricing based on paying by credit card vs. by check and as a CPA member or non-CPA member.  CPA gets charged a surcharge for processing payments by credit card.  This is why you will see paying by credit card to be just slightly more than paying by check.  

Also, paying as an active CPA member covers all passengers coming in the aircraft the pilot is flying.  So, if your plane carries four people, your total "active CPA member" would cover the pilot and additional passengers.  If you are not currently a CPA member, it may be beneficial to join the CPA to help lower the overall fly-in cost and also enjoy the membership benefits of the CPA for the next year.
