Please join us Saturday November 8th from 8:30 AM to noonish in the KBJC terminal building, upstairs in the Flatirons room (same location as previous years, the room was renamed).

Light refreshments will be served. The first half hour is for coffee and social time. Then we’ll have a business meeting featuring reports from our committee chairs on their activities in 2025 and plans for 2026. Paper ballots will be available for those that haven’t voted online in our officer election. We’ll take a break at the conclusion of the business meeting for more socializing and tally the votes.

The meeting is open to members and guests, and we look forward to seeing you.

Keynote Speaker Scott McMillan, a fourth-generation Colorado native, has dedicated his life to aviation as both a professional airline pilot and a passionate advocate for general aviation. After soloing in a Cessna 152 in 1981 and earning his degree in Aerospace Sciences from MSU Denver, he built a career that spans flying freight, instructing, and serving as an Airbus Evaluator and Line Check Pilot with United Airlines. Beyond commercial aviation, Scott has been deeply involved in air shows, from flying his Yakovlev-52 aerobatic trainer to directing major regional events and founding Mile High Air Boss, a company ensuring the continuation of Colorado’s air shows. His leadership has brought innovations like night rocket launches and UAV demonstrations to air shows, and in 2020 he organized one of Colorado’s largest formation flights, raising over $1 million for COVID-19 relief—a contribution recognized with the Platinum Pinnacle Award from the International Council of Air Shows
